Bikeep's smart bike racks — designed to lock both the frame and front wheel — caught the attention of Sweden's Prime Minister during her visit to the Vivalla district in Örebro. Impressed by the solution, Andersson remarked: "These bike racks would be needed all over Stockholm."
The visit highlights growing interest from city leaders in smart cycling infrastructure as municipalities across Sweden look to encourage sustainable urban mobility. Bikeep's stations combine secure two-point locking with smart access technology, making them well suited for public spaces, transit hubs, and residential areas.
Bikeep is represented in Sweden by Ali Taleb of One4Tech AB.
