RFID, App, or Both — You Decide Who Enters
Mount the RFID reader next to your door. Users tap an RFID card (MIFARE, HID, LEGIC), transit card, or scan the QR code with the Bikeep app. The door strike activates and they enter. For simplified flow, Push-to-Start mode lets allowlisted cards unlock with a single tap. Build allowlists for employees, residents, or members. Set temporary access with expiration dates. Revoke access instantly — no key handover, no lock replacement.
What's in the Kit
A complete access control system — pre-configured with a global SIM card and ready to install.
Access Controller
The central unit that manages door access, camera, and connectivity. Pre-installed 4G SIM card for internet access — no Wi-Fi required. Connects to the Bikeep Console automatically on power-up.
RFID Reader
Weatherproof RFID/NFC reader supporting MIFARE, HID, LEGIC, and transit cards at 13.56 MHz, with integrated QR code for app access. Audio signals and LED indicators provide immediate feedback for successful or failed authentication. Connects via a 10m cable (extendable to 15m).
Camera System
Bikeep default camera system for visual verification of entry events. Integrates directly with the access controller — no separate DVR or NVR required. Images accessible from the Bikeep Console.
Power Supply
Industrial power supply (110–230 VAC to 24 VDC). Powers the controller, RFID reader, and camera. Optionally works with batteries and solar panels for off-grid locations. Compatible with standard electrical installations.
Door Sensor
End-switch sensor for detecting door status — open or closed. Enables occupancy tracking and alerts for doors left open. Simple two-wire installation.
4G Outdoor Antenna
External antenna for reliable cellular connectivity. Ensures strong signal even in basement bike rooms or concrete structures where indoor reception is weak.
Works with Your Existing Door
The kit supports standard 12V electric door strikes and dry-contact door controllers — the same types used in most commercial and residential buildings. No door replacement needed. If your building has an automatic swing door operator, the kit's dry contacts integrate directly.

Approach the Door
Walk up to the bike room entrance where the RFID reader is mounted.
Tap or Scan
Place your RFID card on the reader or scan the QR code with the Bikeep app. The LED turns green and you hear a confirmation beep.
Enter and Park
The door unlocks automatically. Park your bike inside. The system logs your entry with timestamp and identity.
